Please use this list daily at store opening and closing. You should also use it when needed throughout the day. Please reach out to your director for additional information.

Use this form if you have any changes to your store’s hours. Each submission will CC your Director based on the region you select within the form. This will help to keep us informed and allow us to update all hours on your digital platforms in a timely manner. 

Store Managers can use this form to submit Marketing requests (Please discuss with Regional Director prior to submission.) 

NOTE: Requests must be submitted no less than 30 days prior to any applicable deadlines. Any requests received with less than a 30-day notice will not be considered.

Managers can use this form to request manual adjustments to their store's Incentive file. (This will help ensure all employees are credited for the appropriate sales when it is not accurately reflected in mPOS.)
